If on Friday we performed a guarani dance, on Saturday we rescued the traditions of North Potosí.


Our clothes aren't very traditional, because we could only find the dress of the Tinku. The Tinku is a folk dance that simulates a fight between men. In reality this dance comes from the Jula-Julas, which we are interpreting today.


In North Potosí, traditionally, the men of the "ayllu" (community) play Jula-Julas (a type of dance known as sampoña) and travel to fight against other towns.
