The organization is directed by an assembly, consisting of an executive branch (area coordinators, volunteers, and directors) and NATs representation including area assistants, representatives and the sub-coordinator. Both branches meet to define Ñanta's policies and activities. Each branch has equal vote, being a democratic and horizontally structured organization. The assembly also oversees the selection and training of the NATs in their assistant positions.
