Ñanta has employed a professional social worker since April 2004, who is assisted by volunteers.
Social work is an area which requires great commitment. Volunteers must contantly search out problems which the children may be trying to hide.
The work is also closely connected to the social and cultural context in Bolivia, so adaptability and openness are important attributes for a vlounteer.
Volunteers will be assisted by our social worker and the rest of the team. The age of the children and teenagers we help varies between 6 and 18 years, with the majority between 10 and 14.
The hours of work may include evenings, as necessary.
