This area of work demands patience and a rapport with children, given that the post is in direct contact with the children and must create respect and maintain displine among them. Furthermore, the postholder is directly responsable for the welfare and development of the workshops children helpers. The job involves teaching teenagers aged between 14 and 18 to be resposible, and carries with it all the difficulties that imples.
